Our mindfulness guide contains 10 mindful movements that help pupils to pay attention to the different parts of their bodies as they move in different ways. The focus is on tuning in to body sensations and noticing any effects on the mind and emotions as they are happening in the moment.
We have created a teaching guide, flashcards (to print or display during practice), a do not disturb door poster and a Spotify playlist to accompany your mindful practice.
