Hands for Life: Community CPR Training is an Irish Heart Foundation programme, supported by Abbott and ESB Networks, providing FREE CPR training in communities across Ireland for adults aged 18 years and over.

We can run three sessions across one day with 30 people in each session. Our instructors will provide all the equipment.
