As part of this year’s Heart Failure Awareness Week campaign, the Irish Heart Foundation, Croí and the Irish Association of Heart Failure Nurses are ollaborating to host a nationwide roadshow of pop-up heart health events, bringing vital information, free health checks, and expert advice directly into communities across Ireland.

The Heart Failure Awareness roadshow will see the Irish Heart Foundation and Croí Mobile Health Units visiting towns and cities nationwide offering: 

• Free blood pressure and heart health checks
• One-to-one advice from specialist heart failure nurses
• Information on recognising the signs and symptoms of heart failure
• Guidance on lifestyle changes to support heart health
• Resources for patients, families, and carers
