By sharing the F.A.S.T. message you are helping to raise awareness of the signs of stroke and importance of calling an ambulance fast. By sharing with even one other person you could help save a life.

Why not print out the Resizeable Poster and put it up in your office? Or if you’re in a sports club, why not stick it up in the dressing room? This is a great way to spread awareness around the F.A.S.T. message. The more people familiar with the F.A.S.T. signs the better for us all.
The A5 Leaflet detailing F.A.S.T. can also be shared in your workplace, school, or sports club.
The Wallet Card is designed to be added to your wallet so you will always carry the F.A.S.T. message with you.
