Take on the 60 in September Challenge

This September, challenge yourself to complete 60km or 60 miles while raising funds to help create a future where fewer lives are lost to heart disease and stroke.

Whether you walk, jog or run, every kilometre completed helps support the Irish Heart Foundation’s vision of a nation of healthy hearts, where everyone has the opportunity to live a longer, healthier life.

As part of Irish Heart Month, you’ll be joining a community of supporters across Ireland taking positive action for their own heart health while helping us support patients and families, campaign for healthier communities and fund lifesaving programmes that protect hearts nationwide.
