Run 100 Challenge – February and throughout the year

This February, individuals and workplaces will take part in the Run 100 Challenge. It doesn’t matter if you are an experienced runner, a slow jogger or somebody who is just getting started, the goal is to achieve 100km or 100 Miles across the month while fundraising for the Irish Heart Foundation. You can choose when and where.

The Run 100 Challenge is a fantastic initiative for workplaces throughout the year, designed to promote heart health and raise vital funds for the Irish Heart Foundation. This challenge encourages participants to run, walk, or jog 100 kilometres over a set period, making it a great way to stay active and healthy. We depend on public donations for much of our income, and every cent we raise goes towards our many life-saving programmes, including research, CPR training, health promotion, and patient support.

If you would like to complete the challenge, sign up HERE. Please share details of this challenge with your family and friends who work in companies that might support the Irish Heart Foundation. By spreading the word or our fundraising deck with companies, we can increase participation and raise even more funds to support our mission.
