You decide your distance. You can RUN 100 Km or 100 Miles. If you decide to do one you can change to the other. The main thing is to log your distance on your fundraising page.
Absolutely – you can start tracking your Kms or Miles from the 1st of February. When your pack arrives, you can wear your t-shirt it while you’re running to raise awareness.
Our goal is to RUN 100 between the 1st and the 28th of February but some people may choose to finish later in the month as we know the month can be busy.
The best way to log your Km or Miles is on your fundraising page. This is how we will be tracking people’s progress.
For all runs to count you need to post them to your fundraising page. You will earn your end-of-challenge reward by posting there for all your friends to see.
There is a Daily Planner Form available to download on your fundraising page to download, you can record your RUN 100 every day. To know your distance, use whichever tracker you’d like – Apple Health, Strava, or a good old-fashioned pedometer.
Of course! If you want to set your own goals – Go for it!
We would love to see everyone completing the challenge, but we understand that tackling 100Km or 100 Miles might not be feasible in a month – every Km or Mile you log gets us closer to our goal so thank you for participating!
Of course! If you prefer a different kind of physical activity – go for it! We want you to move however you’re comfortable so feel free to bike, run, or walk – as long as you’re moving, you’re helping us hit our goal.
