Sli@work

Building on the success of the Slí na Sláinte programme, Slí@Work was launched in 2000 with the aim of encouraging people to make physical activity part of their everyday lifestyle.

Slí@work comprises a series of indoor and outdoor motivational signage that inspire staff to add walking into their working day.

You choose what parts of the programme will suit your organisation. from a signposted outdoor walking route to some indoor motivational posters.

Companies that introduce Slí@work need to agree to create a supportive environment that will encourage one another to be physically active.
