Careful you are very high risk Your sitting time indicates that you are in the high-risk category (eleven+ hours per day).

Sitting for long periods of time, over eight hours a day, can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. The good news is there are plenty of ways to decrease your sitting time. A lot of us spend most of our time sitting down during the working day.  Consider scheduling a movement break every hour, leave a gap between scheduled meetings and use some of this time to move more or try standing up while making phone calls.

Reduce your sitting time with the Escape Your Chair Challenge.
