Your sitting time indicates that you are in the high-risk category (eleven+ hours per day).
Sitting for long periods of time, over eight hours a day, can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. The good news is there are plenty of ways to decrease your sitting time. A lot of us spend most of our time sitting down during the working day. Consider scheduling a movement break every hour, leave a gap between scheduled meetings and use some of this time to move more or try standing up while making phone calls.
