Watch out, you are high risk

Your sitting time indicates that you are in the high-risk category (eight-eleven hours per day).

Sitting for long periods of time, over eight hours a day, can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke.  Now that you are aware of this you can start making some simple changes to help reduce your sitting time. Why not plan active hobbies, schedule regular movement breaks during your working day and consider walking or cycling rather than taking the car where possible.
