Typical nutritional content (per portion)
½ watermelon
450g (1lb) raspberries
Cut the flesh from the watermelon and remove the seeds. Place in a food processor or blender with the raspberries and blend until smooth. Pour into the lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight is best.
To remove the lollies from the moulds, dip them briefly into hot water to loosen.
