RTÉ2FM Stars launch “Show Some Heart”

A temporary tattoo can help make a permanent change this February.

Thursday 1st February, we launched our Show Some Heart campaign for Valentine’s Day with support from RTÉ2fm radio stars Nicky Byrne, Bláthnaid Treacy, Eoghan McDermott, Tracy Clifford and Keith Walsh to help fight Ireland’s number one killer.

A heart attack or stroke can only lasts moments –  but sadly each has a lasting impact. Together, they’re Ireland’s number one killer, taking the lives of 1 in 3 people.

We’re calling on the nation to help us change these statistics. This February – we’d like you to Show Some Heart by organising a tattoo fundraising event or by wearing a temporary tattoo to make a permanent change in the fight against heart disease and stroke.

The temporary tattoo – designed by Annie Atkins will also be on sale for €2 in Insomnia and Daybreak stores across Ireland from Monday, 5th February. You can also donate on our website to get a tattoo reward.
