Taking place Monday December 2^nd, 2019 in the Hogan Suite, Croke Park – this event is an opportunity for you to share experiences and to hear from leading medical experts in Ireland.

The day will feature topics including:

• Lifestyle adjustments
• Heart medicines

There will also be sessions on six different aspects of heart conditions running parallel in the afternoon.  You can choose which one to attend from:
