The Irish Heart Foundation wants to build on the success of our stroke support groups by starting a social network for those survivors of a working age (under 65s).
If you are a young stroke survivor who wants to meet and support other stroke survivors trying to get their lives back on track we would love you to join us in Croke Park on 27 November from 10 am to 4 pm
