Heart Failure Support Groups are local groups for people affected by the condition to meet regularly, gather information and share experiences. The groups provide information, raise awareness and offer support and advice on heart failure. Groups also offer activity programmes, which can include guest speakers, recreational trips and services such as physiotherapy exercise.
Opening times: Every two months, on the second last Wednesday, 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm
