The Young Stroke Survivor Network is a support community run by the Irish Heart Foundation for people under 65 who have had a stroke. Whether you’re looking for information, connection, or guidance on navigating life after stroke, this is your starting point. Our community-based telephone support services offer practical and emotional support after a stroke. This free service assesses your needs and provides up to eight weeks of phone support to help you continue your recovery at home.
