If more people in every area knew what to do, we’d be able to make a huge difference and save many more lives. Learning how to do CPR is easy, enjoyable and quick. You can learn how by yourself, or with others. The more who know, the safer we all are.
The Irish Heart Foundation’s CPR courses are provided to the public through our Affiliated Training Sites, which are located around the country. These organisations are affiliated to the Irish Heart Foundation’s CPR programme and all teach the standardised CPR courses developed by the American Heart Association (AHA), the Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) and the Irish Heart Foundation (IHF).
You can recognise such Affiliated Training Sites as they will have an Irish Heart Foundation logo and each organisation may teach all or only a selection of our different CPR courses.
