The importance of physical activity during the coronavirus

During this time when we are all being asked to stay at home to prevent the spread of coronavirus it is also crucial to look after our wellbeing. It is therefore important; if you can, to try to keep physically active, this will help maintain both your physical and mental health.

Being physically active for health involves three key components. These are: being active at a moderate intensity, maintaining muscle strength and balance movements.
