Ring of Kerry charity cycle

Join the Irish Heart Foundation team for the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle

The Irish Heart Foundation is thrilled to have been selected as one of the beneficiaries of the 2021 “170km My Way” alternative Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle and would love you to join our team.

The Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle 2021 will bring together 10,000 participants to complete a 170km cycle from 3rd June to 3rd July 2021 while raising much-needed funds.

As well as increasing your rate of physical activity and reducing your risk of cardiovascular disease, by taking part in the event you will be helping to raise funds for people across Ireland who have been affected by heart disease or stroke.

Thousands of people rely on the Irish Heart Foundation as they navigate life with a chronic condition; some may be living with a heart condition while others have had a stroke. From providing one to one support, exercise classes, counselling, and information to advocating for improved patient services, the Irish Heart Foundaiton is there every step of the way.

You can take on the challenge on your own, with family and friends or work colleagues.

The Irish Heart Foundation will be on hand to support you with this challenge. You can contact us by emailing  hello@irishheart.ie
