Training for the Love Run

It’s good to challenge yourself and no better time than the first few months of the year – how we start is how we mean to go on!

Once you have completed the registration process, we will send you everything you need to get started, including training information, a fundraising guide, and a fabulous Irish Heart Foundation neck warmer.

If you are new to running or haven’t been out in a while please follow the link to our Couch to 5km programme – it has all the information you need on getting ready and training ideas
