Speakers will include: Consultant Cardiologist Dr Emer Joyce, Former Sunday Game Presenter Michael Lyster on living with heart failure and Clinical Psychologist on RTÉ Operation Transformation, Dr Eddie Murphy along with other experts in the field of heart failure.
There will be plenty of time for you to put your questions to the expert panel after the speaker presentations.
